The essence of a cup of good tea hinges on three elements: instrument, water, and needless to say, tea leaves. Mr David Lam, our tea connoisseur, will teach you the best combination of these three elements to make a quality Chinese tea. He will also show you how to professionally appraise the quality of tea. Three different types of supreme quality Chinese tea will be applied.
A souvenir tea cup will be given to each participant. Pick-up at Jordan MTR Station.
