This Tour is not just about food, but also exploring the Tai Hang community. Our tour guide is a real neighbour of Tai Hang and culture guru. He grew up there and has researched the community in a painstaking manner. From history to livelihood, we will bring you the most intrigued Tai Hang stories en route. He will also tell you the secret menu of the respective restaurant.
For the food tasting, we will make it in a random chronological order. You can learn of the evolution of Hong Kong dining with your taste buds. The foodies are hand-picked ones with great local compliments: BBQ pork, cart-noodle, deep fried dough in rice sheet roll, Dai Pai Dong mill tea, freeze drinks, Chinese bakery. What's more?
